my 30 minute workout

3 sets
- 20 burpees to alternation front lunges
- 10 body rows

- 20 bench step-ups (each leg)
- 20 military presses

- 20 stability ball hamstring curls
- 10 stability ball leg raises

today's workout

I'm getting a bit bored of the gym these days so I decided to stay in and burn it off quick and hard:

TRX:
- Push-ups (legs suspended) 10x5
- Very Low Rows 10x5

- Dumbbell swings (just replace a kettlebell with a dumbbell) 20x10

Done in 20 minutes!
